My 'go-to' oil this season so far has been Balance, made primarily of root and tree oils I find it incredibly grounding. I literally apply to the soles of my feet at the start of the day and visualise roots growing down into the ground. It gives me a feeling of being anchored and supported.
When using essential oils, applying them to the soles of the feet is a great way to feel the benefits in the system as a whole. There are no hair follicles on your soles so the oil is absorbed fast and enters the blood stream within 2 minutes and every cell of the body within 20 minutes. It's safe to apply this one neat (it's been diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil where the molecular structure of the carrier oil is so small it helps carry the oils through the skin.)
