This is a powerful rebirth moon, Aries is the 1st sign of the Zodiac wheel and we have the ’new beginning’ energies of Spring. The wood element for Spring and the fire element for Aries will inspire the rituals for the session. This moon is calling on our bold, brave, adventurous self, the part of us that dreams boldly and takes leaps. Let's shake off the Winter dust and 'Spring' into our passion and power by deeply connecting to ur body and our womb space. The key to you. The portal into your soul and creativity. Welcoming any emotions wanting to burst through the soil like the Spring bulbs and transmuting these into creative action for the year ahead. The intention is to access our free-spirited self with the support of the lunar ram so that we can charge forward to achieve our wildest dreams in this new beginnings moon. However you’re feeling, if your inner warrior is in hiding or non-existent - do not worry, just bring your whole self to the circle, exactly as you are. The circle will hold you. This circle will involve meditations, breathwork, use of sound and medicinal movement. Wear loose clothing and if you feel called to, wear red!'

What these circles can involve:

Group reiki healing, restorative rituals, gentle movement, storytelling, space to share, guided journeys and visualisations with the opportunity to share in a nurturing community of beautiful souls. The theme will vary slightly month to month according with the Lunar phase and the Seasonal Wheel and the cycles of nature we will be aligning to.

Why we gather on the new moon:

Taking a pause to step back, slow down, tune into the wisdom within and listen… has a profound effect on ones life. We all need a moment to just ‘be’ in order to gain clarity. In the stillness lies the magic, that’s where we channel and communicate with our guides and our higher selves, the self that knows. The new moon is the Lunar phase for planting seeds, setting intentions and preparing ourselves for the journey towards the full moon (fruition, purification, release). The energy is potent and super-charged. By raising our self-care on this day we create more magnetism within to co-create with the Universe and call in what lights us up.

What is a Circle?

Circles have existed since ancient times (in every culture), they are the oldest form of social interaction, it was normal to gather, to share stories and pass on wisdom. It’s in our DNA. So if this is your first circle I invite you to give yourself this gift, to step out of your everyday life with responsibilities and come home to yourself. It will be a safe and nurturing space.

This is a recurring monthly event online. This workshop will be led via Zoom with helpful tips to create your sacred retreat space in the comfort of your home.
