Lammas and Supermoon Ritual Ceremony

When: Sunday 30th July 2pm - 3:30pm  

Location: Bodhi Barn, Red House Farm, Redhouse Lane, Altrincham, Dunham Massey, WA14 5RL

Celebrating the first Harvest of the seasonal ‘wheel of the year’ and the Supermoon.  During this evening we will be harnessing the energies of summer season and the moon. We will create and prepare rituals for you to do at home on the actual day of first harvest on August the 1st - it’s very special that the full moon is falling on the seasonal cross-quarter festival, Lammas or Lughnasadh, which is the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox and marks the beginning of Harvest season.  The session will be held in the orchard at Red House Farm surrounded by apple trees, some as old as 150 years!

• Introduction to Sadie and the cycles, opening ceremony with smudging and ceremonial grade cacao.

Circles have existed since ancient times (in every culture), they are the oldest form of social interaction, it was normal to gather, to share stories and pass on wisdom and mark the cyclical days.

So if this is your first circle I invite you to step out of your everyday life with responsibilities and come home to yourself. It will be a safe and nurturing space.
