Setting the Cyclical Scene:

This workshop gathering is taking place at the significant mid-point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox to guide, hold and inspire you as you gently emerge from the rest and replenishment of Winter and nature's deepest Yin phase. You may be starting to sense the whispers of awakening, optimism and inspiration. We are mirrors of the seasons and cycles and nature is slowly starting to wake up too; always our guide. We are gathering at a special time just ahead of the incoming new moon, providing us with a special opportunity for sowing our seeds of dreams, inspiration and gentle awakening for the Spring ahead. With February being the month of love, we are harnessing this energy inwards, to create a space for self-love and heart-centred nourishment. From this place, you will feel clearer about creating a path that is a true reflection of all the parts of you. Leave feeling uplifted, optimistic and confident!

Sadie Pickering, Soul Beauty Rituals Sadie is an actress, VoiceOver artist, musician, energy worker and circle facilitator. Her work in the creative and healing arts weave together in her space holding. The foundation for all she teaches is the cycles of nature, the moon, the sun and our own cycles.

Katy Brown, The Vibrancy Hub Katy is a Self Enquiry Coach, Co-founder of The Vibrancy Hub, writer, nature lover, non-conformist and soul sister. She is an expert in helping people to get to know all the parts of themselves so that they can make change and create a life that feels true to them.
